Is the Baby Nest washable and how do I wash it?

In short "Yes" the baby nest is washable. Refer to our Cleaning and Product Care tab for washing instructions for all our products and a quick how to on pulling apart and putting back together the baby nest.

Is it necessary to get a liner?

Accepted Answer

No you don't have to get a liner for your baby nest although we recommend you do. A baby liner will avoid having to wash the baby nest each time bub has a mishap as the baby liner is easy to wash and will capture most spills from bub.

Is the baby nest safe?

Accepted Answer

The baby nest was created with your bub's health and safety in mind. We have considered all risks and taken action to minimise potential hazards. Please click on our Safety and Warning tab and read before use for safety information. The Baby Nest is intended for supervised naps only. We recommend that you follow safe sleeping guidelines by The Red Nose Foundation.

Can I Co-Sleep with the Baby Nest?

Accepted Answer

The Red Nose Foundation have a list of six safe sleep recommendations to keep your baby as safe as possible whilst they sleep, and to reduce the risks of sudden infant dealth or other sleep incidents. These recommendations do not include co sleeping.

When will my order be sent?

We will endeavour to post via Australia Post your order as soon as possible. Please see our Shipping and Returns tab for further information.

Can we collect our order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We are located on the sunny South Coast of NSW in Milton so if you are close and or able to collect we can make those arrangements for you.

Can I purchase a gift card from Cuddle and Snuggle?

Yes, gift cards are able for purchase from our store.

If I can't find the fabric pattern I want can I custom order to suit my baby theme?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Custom orders are welcomed. Please contact us directly to discuss the theme you have in mind and we will work with you to find a fabric that you love. Please bear in mind that custom orders will take a little longer to receive as per Shipping and Return Policy then pre made items.

I've left finding my gift to the last minute can you help?

We will certainly try to help as much as we can. We discuss premade items and depending on your requirements get something to you via express post as soon as possible. Additional costs will be charged for express post

What size nests are pre made at your store?

Accepted Answer

Medium pre made nests are available at our store.

Medium size – Inner Mattress 32 x 70 cm and 3cm thick foam for ultimate comfort – Outer measurement 58 x 90 cm
Medium size Baby Nests pre made. Perfect for newborn to 12 months old child

We can however make small and larger sizes to suit your reqiurements. This is the case with all items we can alter sizes of burps, bibs, blankets and nests to suit you.

Can I order a baby nest and another item together to create a large gift set?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can order anything from the store and we will put it together in a gift pack for you.

Question 12

Can you gift wrap the order for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The gift packs come packed in tissue inside a white box and then sent to the customer inside a courier bag. We can also wrap the white box if required. Please message us to discuss your requirements.

How frequently do you update your website and products?

Accepted Answer

We endeavour to keep the shop website up to date at all times and we do add new products and fabric designs frequently. If you can't find what you want or saw something on the site previously and can't find it now. Message us and we will do everything we can to assist you.

If we have purchased something from your store, can we purchase more in the future?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, there are times when we have limited fabric or fabric has been discontinued so we can't always reproduce the same themed product however if the fabric is still available to us or we have some in stock then we can certainly help. If we can't match the fabric we maybe able to find a matching fabric that will work well with what you already have.

Are you baby items handmade?

Yes. All items with the exception of toys and books are handmade in Milton, NSW Australia.
